Accountability is Nonexistent

Join us in our mission to ensure judicial and police accountability in the Northland. Together, we can investigate and reform a arrogant system that often fails to protect the people’s rights and then covers up their tracks.

Accountability: Our Mission

At the Center for Judicial & Police Reform and Accountability / CJPRA, we are dedicated to uncovering the truth behind judicial and law enforcement corruption. As of May 2026 we are 100 people strong. We have installed 25 justice ministers, with 12 more in training and we are vetting 16 more. Our volunteer network is now over 50 individuals with a waitlist of many more. With backgrounds in law enforcement, judiciary, legal representation, military, social services, corrections, multimedia journalism, and health care. Along with numerous brutalized citizens that were shot, beat and/or sexually assaulted or raped by officers of the law, with the Duluth Police Dept., St Louis County Sheriff’s Office and Minnesota State Patrol. Many have experienced what no person should have ever lived through, now they’re going to help administer the people’s justice.

Our growing investigative team is quite busy working to ensure that those in power are held accountable for their actions. We currently have 7 open investigations and are probing many more. The corruption and disregard is rampant and we’re seeing that our leaders are ignoring and even cooperating with many of the most severe perpetrators. Our volunteers are focused on sitting in on hearings and gathering facts and documents. We focus on cases of misconduct involving law enforcement, especially with the Duluth Police Dept. and St Louis County Sheriff’s Office, municipal prosecutors, and judges, advocating for the rights of the community. With a commitment to transparency and justice, we strive to empower citizens and promote systemic reform in the Northland. Whether the tyrants like it or not.

In January 2026 CJPRA was awarded a privately administered 5 year grant of $30,000,000 to carry out justice programs in the Northland. Join us in our mission to ensure that justice prevails. If you were treated badly we want you to join our movement, you will no longer feel helpless against these tyrants. We are dedicated to investigating and holding accountable those in positions of power, including law enforcement and judicial officials. Your support helps us expose institutional sexism, bigotry and disregard and advocate for the rights of the people. Together, we can foster a community where corruption is exposed, justice is served, and trust is restored.
