Duluth Police Dept Duluth Minnesota and Rampant Corruption

One of our top priorities is exposing details of the institutional racism, bigotry and brutality under police chief Mike Ceynowa and mayor Roger Reinert, until they resign.

The latest blow to the leadership, or complete lack of leadership in this case, of Ceynowa is the whistleblower allegations by a top Duluth Police Dept official and completely ignoring it, when the public is demanding action. The veteran officer says his reports about racist behavior, excessive force and data manipulation led to his own departure. Rather than taking any action the police chief and mayor are ignoring the allegations and spreading that Mr. Drozdowski is suffering from a mental illness. The chief and mayor recently tried to create a diversion of truth and held an awards ceremony for the dept. And the foolish officers who received trophies just go right along with the fantasy that they have even one ounce of honor.

Mike Ceynowa needs to be retired and allow new leadership to take over immediately.

Former Duluth Police Lieutenant David Drozdowski has filed a 43-page lawsuit against the city of Duluth alleging retaliation for being an honest cop.

His lawsuit claims, “After Mike Ceynowa was named Police Chief and Mayor Roger Reinert was elected to lead the City of Duluth, Lt. Drozdowski saw a shift in the department’s culture and officer misconduct. He became aware of an increase in troubling behavior, including blatant discrimination, missing use-of-force records, apparent data manipulation, and other wrongdoing.”

There was even a officer who was going out to drinking establishments and getting women drunk and steering them to locations where he could rape them. This was after he shot a man through a closed door because he was scared. This man was allowed to leave the dept without any repercussions from his heiness behavior and pursue being a cop somewhere else.

We are encouraging Mr Drozdowski to consider running against current St Louis County sheriff Gordo Ramsay. We need a sheriff with integrity and not a dark past of brutality coverups and antichrist behaviors. Little did the public know about his reputation and allegations of brutality and coverups during his tenure in Wichita, Kansas, from which he fled to Duluth. He flaunted his beautiful family during his campaign to make it look like he’s a family man. But, a divorce was happening, because Gordo couldn’t keep his penis in his pants and someone found out. This is our sheriff of St. Louis County, Minnesota.

None of the men intervened as Hout exacted his brutality and skills as a bigot, none of the men should ever be trusted as police officers ever again. Adam Hout once back on the force, thought it would be helpful to his reputation to shovel some steps of very little snow to help with a medical emergency. This was a staged event and the local news jumped right on it. The Duluth Police invented this news, they waited around for a medical emergency to be reported, and when someone needed help Hout responded and saved the day. But as you see he parked right infront of the path where the ambulance should be parked, not a bigot pretending he’s a first responder. Officer Hout should be shoveling snow at the state prison, instead of still being a police officer. Why should the public respect this? Why would anyone want Adam Hout, Beau Hughes or Morgan Cekalla to show up to their home after such horrific treatment?
